F150 mechanic in Pinellas

Post by REDinFL »

Anyone know a good F150 mechanic, especially suspension, in Pinellas County? My Expedition needs shocks and whatever, plus tires. I'm on the fence whether to sell my Expedition, or put more into it than I'd get on trade in, or from insurance if it were totaled. I'm willing to put more into it because it easily could be my last vehicle if I can make it last, say, 10 years. But, if it gets to be too much, as in mechanics' imagination, that's another matter.
Hurrah for the Bonnie Blue Flag that bears a Single Star.

Red, I just spent $1142 on my truck today, new brake discs/calipers/pads + 2 new Michelin Defender tires. Truck has 300,500 miles on it, and looks it. Runs like a top, though. Chevy, with the Vortec 5.7L engine.
Good luck with your truck, I’ve had mine since I was 28, am 50 this year. Maybe one more new vehicle in my future before I go tits-up, but at $50,000+, who the hell can afford them anymore?
