So, for this 2020 Presidential election, It really all boils down to the "numbers." In particular, the number of registered voters in each of the swing states and the changes in those numbers, since the 2016 election. Were the dems able to relocate en masse to these states and out register GOP voters therein? What are the counts of registered voters by party in all of the swing states? I know.... the counts really don't matter if we can't motivate all the Trump supporters (of either party) to get out and vote., and it is possible that some dems may still vote "against socialism" and vote for Trump (wishful thinking, I know....). And many RINOs may vote for Biden. But we can't predict any of that.

I'd at least, want to start at the beginning and see if the base number of GOP registered voters exceeds the number of DEM registered voters in each of the swing states. After all, if the dems outnumber us in those states and by large numbers, we're more than likely doomed anyway.

Is there a resource that will tell us, reliably, what the base numbers are? I have one for my county in FL, but I need to see one for the entire state, and the other swing states. I'll look at those numbers, and then take it from there.

Is there a reliable source? Probably not, as I suspect that a large number of registered Democrats will not vote for Biden, so you can't go by numbers of registered Democrats or Republicans.

Understood, as I stated above. That said, I just wanted to know what the base registry numbers are, anyway. My County (Pasco) has a website which provides those base numbers broken down by party (among other things) Pasco Votes..... I was wondering if there were similar sites statewide (for FL and the other swing states).

I'm a non-affiliated voter, there is no way I'll vote for Harris/Biden.

I'm registered as Democrat. I'm hoping that Joe & the Hoe think I'm voting for them. I ain't.

Listed on every county's elections web site. But it's registered voters counts, not who they will actually vote for so, in answer to the OP, no. You won't find out until it's over.

Another thing to consider is how many people are registered but never vote. I, and most people my age, was nearly forced to register during high school. That is a huge number of mostly Dem registered voters. However, what percentage of those people actually vote prior to age 35 or 40? Of those that originally registered Dem, how many vote conservative but have never changed their party affiliation? As an example, my grandmother is a registered Dem, but has voted Republican every election since at least Kennedy.

I understand what you’re getting at, but I don’t think much can be learned from party affiliation numbers.
