This includes Florida, which doesn't have a personal-income tax.
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo revealed plans on Thursday to hike personal-income tax for those earning more than $1 million, with the wealthiest New York City residents set to pay 14.8%, the highest rate in the country.
Francis Suarez, the mayor of Miami, told CNBC that he'd already spoken to some of New York's biggest firms about possible reallocations to the city
A further yankee carpetbagger invasion.
Before the decades ends Florida will be more like NY.

Yep between anti business COVID rules, high taxes, “civil unrest”, they are coming to Florida in droves. Capping state tax deductions to $10k on your Fed taxes makes living there unbearable.

^ Agree
They have not learned and will never learn and will vote for the Brain Dead Demorats forever. Not that it matter since the Demorats will steal every election now that they figured it out.
Too late for us in Florida now. We have been overrun by the Libiturds
Escape from New York. They should have walled in NY and let Snake Pliskin handle it.
Like I said, razor wire along the Georgia boarder was required years ago. Now it is too late and the Libiturds have taken over.

While true, the attitude of most people there is one of the reasons I left. Different government types, and regular citizens, and I'd be sitting on Montauk right now. Haven't been back in 20 years, and don't expect ever to go. (NYC native)
More of them coming down, with their "take over and show you how it's done" attitude, dunno. I'd join an effort to string concertina wire across the Florida line. Not too sure about people from Georgia, either.

If they walled off NYC from the rest of the state, NY would go red.
Western NY (outside of downtown Ghetto's of Buffalo and Rochester) is an absolutely beautiful place. And relatively conservative.

Land doesn't vote, people do.
These dumb maps, dragged out every election, are meaningless.

I can't imagine how 2016 didn't go 100% for Hillary if that were the case.
If you took NYC out of the equation, there's enough "land voting" to make a difference.
Not all NY'ers are liberal retards, just enough of them aparantly, in one city alone.

So non us born citizens are not permitted from holding the presidential office...
Would it be discriminatory or not to say if you move to a different state you can run for local office, school board etc?

This is true of my native IL.
Outside of Chitcago, there is a lot of "red"...
