So instead of expecting Ruth bader Ginsburg and other liberal justices to step down in a timely manner and new justices be nominated when they had the majority back in 2008 or so, they now need to add seats because they couldn't be bothered.

What’s a few more judges ignoring their prime directive to protect citizens from overreaching government legislation gonna hurt, especially since the Blind Nine in Nightgowns are already doing such a wonderful job?
