Ford Expedition

In about three weeks, I'll be putting my 2003 Ford Expedition up for sale. Overall it's in OK condition, runs well.
The negatives are it needs shocks, there is a paint issue on the passenger side, about 2" wide below the windows, extending from the middle of the front door to the back of the back door - basically the clearcoat bubbling up and chipping off, there is a dent in the right front plastic bumper. It will need new tires soon.
Positives are it only has 83000 miles on it (anything I see on Craigslist is 180, 000 and up), as far as I can determine it has not been in an accident - it belonged to my father-in-law since new, and I bought it from him when he quit driving about 7 1/2 years ago.
Is it mint? No. Will you have a heart attack in a parking lot and some jackass throws open a door? No.
Why am I selling? I don't really need it, I don't want to pay the insurance, and the wife is getting dental work.
Kelley starts at $2,700 trade in and heads up.
What do you knowledgeable guys think? Also, any interest? I'd put it in BST, but I'd have to put a price on it according to the rules.
