some outfit in China that, once they have your $$$, doesn't give a shit if your package gets snagged by CIS, or gets you a knock at the door....
All ATF has to do is sit back, and snag the customs/importation info, or CC info from their processor.....they don't need to run active stings when people are stupid enough to do their work for them
