So I have an AR10 I shoot suppressed and wonder what tuned up set ups people who are also shooting their AR10s suppressed have.

Gas block type
Barrel types
Ammo used
BCG mods if any.

I'm still dialing mine in but thinking I want a suppressed bolt gun instead.

I have a psa 12.5" suppressed the first thing i did was add an odin adjustable block. Shoots great, cycles with no problem and is quiet.

I have an 18 inch DPMS barreled ar10 that I shout suppressed. I use a adjustable gas block (don’t remember what brand) to restrict the gas flow. I broke a bolt catch initially after getting the gun together. That was probably my fault for using an ar15 specific catch- you must use an ar10 catch which is a little beefier. I also had the gas open all the way which contributed to it breaking. Since replacing that and turning down the gas it has been fine.

For function... what changes the most... weight of recoil buffer or adjustable gas block?
