Why won't they return his property now that he has been cleared?

With all due respect, yes, he should get all the $ he can out of the Kommies that persecuted him. But even after that he needs to STFU and stay off TV and all media for that matter and sit in Tahiti and enjoy. Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger said the state crime lab would destroy the gun, probably in April. Judge Bruce Schroeder, the Kenosha County judge who presided over Rittenhouse’s trial, approved the agreement. Rittenhouse was not in court for Friday's hearing.

Now why isn't Gaige Grosskreutz being prosecuted for attempted murder?
