A new low for the ATF

Another federal agency that should be disbanded IMHO. I didn't copy/paste all the tweets in reply, you should go to that link and check them out for yourself, some are classics!

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives asked Americans to call the feds on their ex lovers for Valentine’s Day.
“Valentine’s Day can still be fun even if you broke up. Do you have information about a former (or current) partner involved in illegal gun activity? Let us know, and we will make sure it’s a Valentine’s Day to remember!” the ATF said in a tweet on Monday.

“We would love to meet and treat them to a Valentine’s Day surprise!” the agency said.

The IRS is probably jealous they did not come up with that.

That's right, the IRS is too busy looking into every transaction over $600 so they can extract the last penny from taxpayers to pay for their federal pensions.
