Like if we did not know, Bidumb is officially brain dead, except that he is sometimes able to read from his teleprompter!

Last night's speech tells us he is now officially fighting Civil War 2, undeclared by Kongress. He is probably trying to instigate some crazy to do something stupid. I believe this marks the moment that the US is now in a Chinese controlled dictatorship.
