Been watching and waiting for years....
Though the barrel whip does concern me when it possibly comes to the longevity and life of weapons system

I saw the video a couple of days ago. I wonder, now that he's got it more or less perfected if it would be worth trying to market it somehow. Is there even a commercial use for it? I know 50 cal weapons are widely used, but is there any niche that this could fill? Other than being cool as heck that is.
My posts kill threads.
I thought the same thing about the whipping but I doubt many people would ever put 50 rounds down the barrel.
What I see is one (very big strong) guy in a squad carrying this beast but I would guess any military considering this would want 1000 rounds of reliable barrel use
Whats the official requirements for the m82a1 m107?Wulfmann wrote: ↑Sun May 12, 2024 9:20 amI thought the same thing about the whipping but I doubt many people would ever put 50 rounds down the barrel.

Also, does that one's barrel not flex at all during firing? I kind of thought that was standard for most rifles more or less?Casual wrote: ↑Sun May 12, 2024 11:08 amWhats the official requirements for the m82a1 m107?Wulfmann wrote: ↑Sun May 12, 2024 9:20 amI thought the same thing about the whipping but I doubt many people would ever put 50 rounds down the barrel.
