So since nobody is breaching the subject, how can a person miss a target the size of a dinnerplate at 150 yards? Also, how do protection services not keep an eye on nearby rooftops?

Tried for a spectacular head shot instead of center mass.

Was out a week ago at the Loxahatchee public range and its easy to see how he missed. The rifle range was packed with young AR shooters. Most were at 50 yard range. Most targets were over a foot in diameter and the hits were minute of foot.

Turned his head at precisely the right time.
