These HOAs are crazy.
Everybody's got a plan until they get hit.

Yup, The HOA that I USED to live at in Plantation would do the same thing.

Best thing I've done in years was to get out of there and move to Boynton, lol.
I'll tell you what rule we applied sir.
We applied rule 303.
We caught them and we shot them under rule 303!

Happened to a friend once in Lauderdale Lakes. He paid to get the car out, & the next month when HOA dues were due, he included the tow bill, & deducted the tow amount from the dues. They never fu#@ed with him again. GARY.

Karen world. The people who want to be in power in an HOA probably shouldn't be. (a variation on T. Jefferson)

Of course, if the residents don't go to the meetings, whom should they blame? Is a mirror somehow involved?

No HOA here, and the first question I asked.

It may all be self-correcting, though. I see HOA fees climbing through the roof. Eventually it becomes ridiculous, likely because doors have to be enlarged so the heads of HOA "officials" can fit through. HOAs will become history.

BTW, the expired tags are a police matter.
Hurrah for the Bonnie Blue Flag that bears a Single Star.
