Welder and machine shop In or near Tampa

Hello folks,
I was able to raise money for the hypervelocity rocket project, I am currently building a static test stand, I have most of the components, I just need help with welding up the stand. Please reach out if you have a welder and want to help , can pay for your time and assistance
Here is a rough draft of what I have planned
I am also looking for a local Machine shop that can quote the aluminum components for this rocket, if you know anyone that would be open to the project, please let me know
