What? Homeowner's Insurance Dropped my Premium!

Ok relax - only $21! But something is wrong. Why would my insurance company not give me yet another 50% rate increase? 
Still, my homeowner insurance costs are still more than my property taxes.
Applying for a 13th mortgage to pay!
Waiting for my auto insurance to see if they are going to give me another 100% increase this year!
